Easy Returns / Request Return Label

All products are covered by our LIMITED WARRANTY. If the product is determined to have a manufacturing defect and a Return Authorization Number is obtained within 7 days of receipt from the confirmed delivery date, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Please email returns@robertachiarella.com for the RA #.


Please note: If the item is worn we cannot be responsible for any damages due to wear, negligence or misuse.


To Return an item for an Exchange

  • To return an item you wish to exchange, please email returns@robertachiarella.com for the RA #.
  • A Pre-paid Return Label will be sent to you via email.
  • Simply attach the Pre-paid Return Label to the original packaging and drop it in the mail.
  • Once the package is received, we will issue an in-house credit less the cost of original shipping (if any) and the return shipping cost of $5.95 (if the Pre-paid Return Label is used).


When requesting a return please include the following information in your email message:

  • Your name on the order and the order number.
  • The product name or SKU number of the item being returned.
  • Your reason for returning the item or any special instructions to us.
  • When using your credit, follow the complete check-out procedure and write in the comment box- "Apply Credit on file".
  • Your credit card will then be charged to re-ship your replacement jewelry.
When we receive your return, an Online Store Credit will be issued, less all shipping costs.

Please note: We provide Online Store Credit Only. Your credit is valid for one year from the day it is issued.


IMPORTANT
Returned items must be securely wrapped in the original bubble packaging (including the clear bubble bag). Please do not simply place your item in a plain envelope with tissue paper - the item will arrive damaged. If the returned item is damaged in transit due to improper packing, a credit cannot be issued.


International Returns
International Returns must be sent pre-paid. All customs fee and duties are the responsibility of the sender only (less shipping charges).


Gift Returns
In order to process Returns for a Gift, our office must be contacted within 7 days. Please email returns@robertachiarella.com and we'll be happy to help you process your returned gift. You will receive an online store credit only, less return shipping charges.
