Our designs are delicate and fragile. All items must be handled with care.
Once the item is worn we cannot be responsible for any damages due to wear, negligence or misuse.
If you are unhappy with your selection, you may return it ONLY within 3 days of the confirmed delivery date. When we receive your Return Authorization - we will provide you - via e mail an online store credit, less the return shipping costs.
Please review the credit upon receipt - we cannot alter or adjust credits outside of the month in which the Return Authorization and credit was issued.

Your credit is good for one year from the day it is issued.
Some points to consider:
When using your credit, follow the complete check-out procedure and write the following in the "comment" box- "Apply Credit on file". You'll only be charged for re-shipping your replacement jewelry.
To return an item, you must e-mail email@example.com for a return authorization number. Please describe the reason for the return.
We will not issue credits for any items without a return authorization number.
IMPORTANT: Returned items must be boxed or very securely wrapped in a bubble envelope. If the returned item is damaged in transit due to improper packing we will not issue a credit.
After Return Authorization approval - International Returns must be sent PRE PAID and all customs fee and duties are the responsibility of the sender and NOT the responsibility of Roberta Chiarella, Inc.
All return packages must be prepaid, insured for your own protection.
Gift and gift card recipients: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your gift, and within 30 days from date of original purchase (by phone 1-877-725-3935 or at firstname.lastname@example.org) and we'll be happy to help you process your return. You will receive an online store credit only, less return shipping charges.

Due to the very special price, items marked as are non-returnable.
However, these items are covered by our LIMITED WARRANTY. If the product is determined to have a manufacturer defect, and a return authorization is obtained within 7 days after receipt (as determined by the confirmed delivery date), we will repair or replace it at no cost.
If you return a product outside this process, your in house-credit or exchange may be delayed or refused.
Most earrings (except fishhooks) can be customized to either
clips, posts, or lever backs, which ever you prefer for a $6.00 changing fee.
It can be done in house and will not delay your order.
If it cannot be done you will be notified via email.

About our plated finishes
All items are plated with 100% nickel/allergy free plating.
Our finish/plate colors are:
gold is 22kt plated
silver is rhodium/platinum plated-it is tarnish free
hematite is dark antique gunmetal finish
all finishes are premium plated and are very durable and tarnish free.
All jewelry is plated and cannot be cleaned with
jewelry cleaning products intended for fine jewelry.
never use a silver/polishing cloth - it will remove the finish.
To prevent discoloration and fading - avoid direct contact with
hairspray, perfumes and body lotions.
Fashion/costume jewelry should never be worn in the pool or shower.
To clean the crystal surfaces - use a paper towel sprayed
with Windex. do not spray the product directly on the jewelry.
